HA Quantum Veil Hypothesis (Draft).

Hyaluronan (HA): Architecture and Pattern

Figure 1 presents a model (Turner et al, 1988 [fig.8] and Turner & Cowman, 1985) for HA chain length dependent self-assembly. In this image HA repeat units increase with n. For (GlcUA-GlcNAc)_n: HA_purple7 chains are isolated, for HA_lime n (14-20), chains are aligned parallel, in the case of HA_yellow n (20-40), they are staggered, and finally for HA_pink n>40, chains can form hairpins, looping, and twisted conformations.

HA’s biomatrix veil is a molecular “shape-shifter” sensitive to environmental fluctuations. It is a documented fact that HA binds to CD44 receptors on cell surfaces. (B.P. Toole, R.E. Turner, S.D. 1993 and R.E. Turner et al, 1991). What if a melanin sensor can respond to the space around the cells using HA as its probe? Could we test the biblical declaration that “we are the temple of God,” where the temple curtains and the veil are modeled within cells? (E-Book: HaShem Veil and US Copyright ©2008).

“What if melanin behaves like a transformer and sensoring device in search of an environmentally sensitive probe such as HA. HA is actuated by physical cues from its surroundings such as hydration, charge density, and ambient radiation.”

My “hands on” research in Toole’s lab advanced my understanding of HA’s biological significance (Toole, Turner, & Banerjee, 1993 and Turner et al, 1991.

According to the scriptures, we are the temple of God (1Corinthians 3:16, 1Corinthians 6:19-20) and the temple curtains and the veil are patterned (Exodus 25:9). Moses ¹ (circa 1300 BCE) described a man-made temple veil, which separated man from God and Ezekiel ² (circa 600 BCE) saw a vision of God coming to earth as the veil from heaven. My research at MIT, which delved into this mystery is the capstone discovery of my scientific career.

HA Molecular Size and Shape-Shifting Properties

God writes ^{Strong’s G1449} his letters ^{Strong’s G1989} on the veil of our heart (2 Corinthians 3:3) through his Spirit. We, through faith, anchor ourselves to Christ from within our flesh body (Hebrews 6:19). That said, does our biological veil then form a quantum interface with the Spirit. See the 5 Precepts.

Figure 2. This figure summarizes the size dependence of HA demonstrated at MIT (see Chapter 5, HaShem Veil). Enzymatically digested and purified fragments of low molecular HA were characterized. A high resolution microscope and a heat source were used to dehydrate HA and imaged. Samples were analyzed using SEM, TM-AFM, LEXT 3D Confocal Microscopy, TEM, and Microwave.

Patterns of the tabernacle curtains and the veil shown to Moses agree with hyaluronic acid molecular infrastructure (Exodus 26: 31-34, Exodus 36:11, and Exodus 26:1-4), where the size of the temple veil stitch (28 cubits in length and 4 cubits in width) is given for one curtain. Compare this with the ~28Å in length by 12Å width reported by W.T. Winter et al, 1975 for the extended 3 fold model.

HA Helical Wheels and Spiritual Resonance?

What Ezekiel saw in a vision matches the HA molecular modeling data reported by a team of non-collaborating researchers.⁶ Also see the actual HA structures (see figure 6).

Speculatively speaking, hyaluronic acid double helix, which patterns Ezekiel’s wheel, should be considered along with the observation that HA fragments also resemble “fine twined linen, wrought with needlework” (Exodus 26:1-4).

In the skin, HA interact with CD44 receptors on the surface of melanocytes forming a natural biosensor.^{1, 2, 3}HA binding to melanocytes produces an HA quantum veil influenced by melanin. ^{4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9} An hypothetical biomatrix tapestry transforms as melanin saturation fluctuates. For example, broadband light attenuation and quantum effects in such cellular spaces could recreate the temple conditions of the Most Holy Place—a pitch black, interface chamber lit by the supernatural divine presence of God.^{10, 11, 12, 13, 14 13}
